Thai Fresh is trying something new: introducing table service and no-tip policy
Thai Fresh offers full table service. In addition, we are looking to close the ‘front and back-of-house’ wage gap as well as ensure regulated wages overall. We have raised menu prices and eliminate tipping. There will be no tip line on your check and you do not need to leave extra cash tips. This change allows us to significantly pay all employees; managers, servers, cooks, hosts, and dishwashers, higher wage than the industry’s standard. We are allocating the extra money to employees’ benefits like paid days off and health insurance.

We are a family owned restaurant, cooking school, and Thai market all in one. Thai Fresh is committed to bringing you authentic Thai meals that are made with fresh local ingredients. Most of our meats are raised within Texas and free of antibiotics and hormones. We use Dewberry Hill Farms and Windy Meadow chicken. Our pork is from Peach Creek Farm, Richardson Farms, and Loncito delivered to us by Farmhouse Delivery. Our beef is all grass-fed from Bastrop Cattle Company. We also use as much local seasonal vegetables as we can.
Our cooking classes are small and hands-on and are held in our commercial kitchen. We also provide private classes for smaller groups and team building exercises. Check our schedules to register for classes
