SERVICES
- Cooking Class: Thai cooking classes will be offered at the store in the main kitchen. All classes will be hands on. After class, the store will stay open for you to shop for your ingredients for future cooking at home.
- Catering Service: We provide catering service for small parties. We will deliver party trays and utensils for parties up to 100 people.
- Lunch Boxes: offices can order food from our deli case for their lunch meeting in the office or any lunch occasion. Delivery is available
PRODUCTS
- Prepared Thai food: There is no menu at Thai Fresh. Our menu changes everyday reflecting what we have on hands and what we get from the market that week. The food is prepared in advance in small batches and displayed in a cold deli case. The food will be sold by the pound ranging from $5.99/lb to $11.99/lb. Our food will be prepared with local seasonal vegetables and natural meat products. Whenever possible, we will use local farmers’ produce from the farmers’ markets. All packaging is reusuable, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. When you bring back the containers for your next purchase whether or not you use those containers to refill, we will be glad to give you a $0.25 refund for each of the container. The advantage of small batch prepared food is that you can experience home cooked style Thai food.
- Prepared International Foods: There will be occasional international food items. These foods range from pasta to chicken stew and many other items that Jam likes to cook and has prepared for parties in the past.
- Pre-designed package for home cooking with instructions and recipes: There will also be pre-designed dinners that will include all the portioned ingredients needed to make the dinner. You can make your own dinners at home without any hassle. This section of products will serve those who like to cook and want to make their own meals but do not want to go through the trouble of finding all the ingredients. There will be also be prepared Thai sauces that you can use to make Thai dinners with the selected produce and meat.
- Pre-made Sauces: These sauces are convenient if you want to make Thai food but do not own a complete Thai pantry. The sauce is ready to be mixed with your preferred ingredients. All sauces are made with natural ingredients with no preservatives.
- Groceries for Thai Cooking including produce and frozen meat: Deli cases along the wall will hold fresh produce from local farmers, packaged natural meat from local farmers and Thai herbs that are organically and locally grown. The store will also offer other dry and canned ingredients for Thai cooking. All these ingredients have been carefully selected from experience in Thai cooking using locally available products.
- Groceries for every day: There will also be groceries that are common to American kitchens, like flour, eggs, olive oil, milk, pasta sauces, etc. You can fulfill your grocery needs and learn more about Thai food.
- Utensils for Thai cooking: These utensils include pots, pans, woks, pestle and mortar and other utensils that you can use to cook Thai food.
- Drinks which include soft drinks, bottled Thai tea, bottled coffee, beer and wine: Beer and wines are selected to complement Thai food. There will be recommendations for wines that will do well with them.
