Thai Fresh is committed to bringing you authentic Thai meals that are made with fresh local ingredients whenever possible. All of our meats are raised in Texas and free of antibiotics and hormones. We keep things fresh by bringing in seasonal vegetables and herbs from local farms and our own garden.

 

Thai Fresh pay its employees higher than industry standard. Tipping is not expected. If you would like to leave a tip,

all tips will be allocated evenly with all employees both front and back of the house.

This change allows us to significantly pay all employees; managers, servers, cooks, hosts,

and dishwashers, higher wage than the industry’s standard. We are allocating the extra money

to employees’ benefits like paid vacation, paid sick leave, and health insurance.
